Movie

Last night we went out to the movies. Well, actually it was the night before that we went out to Bukit Raja. Aiman and Adam wanted to watch Night at the Museum 2. Unfortunately we couldn't get a ticket. We were quite puzzle cos it was Wednesday night.

So for last night, Kakak bought the ticket in advance thru' the internet. This time we changed venue to The Sunway Pyramid.

It was a good show! Hilarious!!! As good as the 1st Night at the Museum. Maybe, lepas ni nak gi tengok Monster vs Alien pulak. Nak ikut????

Rain, rain come again!


It has been more than 2 weeks since we had rain. The dry spell has somewhat gets to us quite a bit. Especially because my bedroom is facing the evening sun and its getting quite warm at night. We have to switch the a/c on earlier these days.

Sometimes the days got all dark and cloudy. A thunder or two broke. We looked up the sky with a lot of hope that it would rain. But.......nothing.

Until recently, nothing can be done and we were just talking and making sure that everybody drink more water. We also water our plants twice a day. The grasses are turning yellow, so we even have to water the lawn.(we do not have a sprinkler system)

So yesterday, my daughter had an idea. You see, I have this jinx ever since I first owned a car. I cannot have a clean spotless car cos it will surely rain the day I wash my car. Be it I wash the car myself or send it to the carwash. It doesn't matter if its a cloudy day or a bright sunny day. I'm known for it that some of my former colleague ask me to warn them if I wash my car that day. They will not wash theirs the same day.

So yesterday, I washed 2 cars at once!!! So.... what do you think happen????

ITS FRIDAY!

When it comes to weekends or school holidays, it means I don't have to rush, nag and drill. Well... maybe a little.

School days means things must be done on time. When school is off, means things can wait a little, though nagging is still necessary. To Adam and Aiman, taking a simple bath is a chore. Its like a 10 step something...Prayer time is another chore to them, not to mention homework, revisions and tuition classes. How can all these compete with Sponge Bob, Drake and Josh, Wizard of Weaverly place, etc,etc. But somehow when their Babah is at home, he only need to say once and everything is done promptly. Why boys, why? (Sounds familiar boys?)

Anyway....I'm still Okay. Maybe I did the same thing to your nenek, tak? Ini balasan gaknye. Tapi kalau awak setuju, hati2, nanti anak awak pun buat sama! Baik berubah cepat!!!

Emmm.... today I finish sewing Kak Longs long skirt. Dah keje gomen ni, tak leh pakai jeans pegi keje. Ayulah sikit. Macam perempuan Melayu terakhir la ye....

Its MONDAY again.

After a long weekend its quite a drag to start the day. Monday blues. The boys were dragging their feet to school today(well, a few steps only though, cos they are chauffeur driven everyday) The chauffeur , who else if not, yours truly.

Anyway, Kak Long is still on leave and she normally keeps me company anywhere I need to go. Tadi kami pegi Mydin. Kat situ, personal care items are a lot cheaper.

Petang pulak, I had a dentist appoinment. Had my long due scalling done!

My 1st May weekend.

This weekend was quite a hectic one. Very interesting too. Abg Hafiz arrived at my house a little after 3 on Friday. My maid and I was busy preparing for an early dinner. Started in the kitchen quite late cos we went out to Bukit Cerakah in the morning.

Aiman wanted to ride bicycle there. I thought we went early enough,just before 9 am. I was wrong. It was a public holiday and poor Aiman, we could not rent a single bike. So we decided to take the free bus ride and just hang around a little while. Aiman was already very upset and in no mood to enjoy anything there. I couldn't stand his long face and so we might as well leave. We went to Tesco for some grocery, had our lunch and head home right after.

Malam tu pegi Stadium Melawati nak tengok One in a Million. Kak Tina nak support Esther. Kita dapat duduk depan sekali, sama row dgn mak esther. Tapi tak tahan speaker giant tu betul2 depan muka kita. So tukar tempat duduk belakang sikit. Good show. Meriah betul supporters finalists semua. Unfotunately, Esther tak menang. Malam tu memang budak Tomok tu hebat. Tak sengau macam dulu masa nyanyi dengan New boyz.

The next day, sibuk lah pulak prepare untuk family gathering malam nanti. Kereta Abg rosak pulak. Tak boleh start. Jadi kena call mechanic datang rumah. Yang anak2 ni pulak sekali2 jumpa, kasi can lah buat aktiviti. Bincang2 akhirnya dia org pegi main boling aje. Ok la tu. I think they enjoyed themselves. Aiman and Adam pun join. Masuk parit juga bola boling tu? Kalau main dengan saya, saya cari Bowling alley yang kasi tutup parit. Strikelah saya. Bola boling zig zag pun boleh spare. Main cheating!!

Ok, so malam tu jadilah kita buat BBQ. Abg Lan, Ajid and family datang. Yg tak ada Abg Adon and mak. Ok lah, everything went smoothly, Alhamdulillah. Makanan pun just nice. Tak terlalu membazir. Grill Master pun ok. Cuma bila assistant yg kenet2 tu tolong, adalah yang rentong!

Last night, after the BBQ we all settled in quite late. Had to tidy up a little and put away the leftovers. Pagi semua lambat sikitlah. Lepas solat subuh sambung baliklah. Breakfast tadi makan cekodok aje. Dah tak ada idealah.

After breakfast, Bibah came back after meeting her 'friend' . So I suggested that she ask him to come so that we can all meet him. Org Perak. Ok nampaknya. Tertib dan baik bahasanye. Kalau ada jodoh sedaralah kita nanti.

Abg Hafiz bertolak ke BP dalam pukul 4 ptg tadi. Bila akan jumpa lagi agaknya? Hope soon enough......
